I provide counseling via telehealth for adults looking for support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other stressors that are affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll explore strategies to help you cope, heal, and find balance in your life.

  • How can I book an appointment?

You can schedule a session through the “Ready to Connect” button on this website, email or by contacting me by telephone.

  • Do you accept insurance?

Currently, I am working on getting paneled under different insurances. I am happy to share that I am now able to accept United Healthcare/Optum and BCBS. In the meantime, I and accepting self-pay as I transition. Please contact me for more details.

  • What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session typically involves an intake where we discuss your background, goals, and how I can best support you.

  • Are all session confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a key part of counseling. All information shared is protected by privacy laws and ethical standards.

  • Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?

At this time, I offer therapy sessions through secure, HIPAA compliant video so you can get support from the comfort of your own space at a time that works for you. Telehealth allows us to connect anywhere in Illinois-whether you're at home or your office, wherever you feel the comfortable.

All you need is:

-A computer, tablet or smartphone

-A reliable internet connection

-A private, confidential space where you feel safe to talk

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • How do I pay for sessions?

Payments can be made via card. Details are available upon booking.
